an area that extends approximately 75 miles north, east and south for more
100 miles.
Clovis has an agriculture economic base in farming, dairy and
cattle. It is the home of Cannon Air Force Base and is approximately 7
miles west of the city, the Burlington Northern - Santa Fe Railroad and
Allsup’s Convenience Stores headquarters are also located here in Clovis.
