Deputy Chief

Deputy Chief Mike Ingram started his law enforcement career with the Clovis Police Department in January of 1982.Throughout his 32 years with the department he has held various positions and ranks from Patrolman, Detective, Narcotics Agent, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Deputy Chief to Interim Chief of Police, and currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Police. Deputy Chief Ingram is a past SWAT Team Member and Defensive Tactics Instructor. He has been active in various community and state task forces including the New Mexico Gang Task Force, Blood Born Pathogens Liaison, Beautiful Clovis, Clovis Municipal Schools Youth Resource Team, and various other civic groups dedicated to providing Clovis and surrounding communities a safer environment in which to live, work and play.

Deputy Chief Ingram is a 1996 Graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy (Police Command College) in Quantico, Virginia and has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from New Mexico State University.
